Bar Council and BHRC release joint statement on Ukraine

The Bar Council and the Bar Human Rights Committee of England and Wales (BHRC) release today, 4^th February 2014, a joint statement voicing concerns about the recent demonstrations in Kiev and other regions of Ukraine.
