The BHRC writes to Prime Minister of Cameroon, Mr. Philemon YANG, concerning charges that recently have been brought against members of the Mbororo Social and Cultural Development Association (MBOSCUDA), an organisation which promotes the rights of the minority Mbororo pastoralists in Cameroon.
