On 3rd October 2016, the Bar Human Rights Committee of England and Wales hosted an exclusive free screening of “Sea Sorrow”, a new film about Europe’s refugee crisis, directed by Vanessa Redgrave.
The screening was followed by a Q&A with Vanessa Redgrave, Lord Alfred Dubs, and Stephen Cragg QC, co-author of BHRC’s recent report on the policing and legal representation within migrant camps in Calais. The discussion was chaired by Kirsty Brimelow QC, Chairwoman of BHRC.
