This brief was submitted to the Supreme Court of Azad Jammu & Kashmir by the BHRC.
The Supreme Court is due to hear the bail appeal of Sajid Hussain, a British national who was arrested on suspicion of murder in Dadyal on 1st June 2010. Mr. Hussain is currently facing trial for murder before the Additional District Court of Dadyal.
