BHRC Chair Kirsty Brimelow QC sat down with CNBC Africa during her visit to the Nigerian Bar Association Annual Conference. Brimelow and Executive Officer Amanda June Chadwick attended the conference at the invitation of the Nigerian Bar Association President A.B. Mahmoud, SAN to meet and discuss the human rights situation in the northeast. The five day conference was entitled “African Business: Penetrating through Institution Building.”
In her interview with CNBC Africa, Brimelow outlines key human rights issues in Nigeria and how BHRC and the benefits to further developing the rule of law in Nigeria.
