The Bar Human Rights Committee of England and Wales (“BHRC”) has released today, 21st July 2014, a statement expressing its condemnation of the ongoing killings of civilians in Israel’s latest military assault against the Gaza Strip.

It calls upon the international community to take urgent action to bring about an immediate, viable and durable ceasefire.
